The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for the VAG models with the 2.0T(F)SI 1st & 2nd generation engine. The Competition intercooler has the following core dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm / 17.45L), providing a 10% larger flow area and 50% more intercooler volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance intercooler core still grants enough airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light (S3 OEM 8kg / WAGNERTUNING 9.2kg) . CAD developed freeform end boxes with incorporated cast aluminium air baffle for best possible internal air distribution. The CNC machined hose connections were enlarged to �67mm , so this kit comes with matching silicone hoses. Overall this intercooler has far from less back pressure than the stock cooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. Available with T�V parts certificate for many vehicles.
